Shipping Fee

  • We offer free and paid shipping depending on the destination of the order.
  • Other potential charges, such as duties, customs, shipping insurance, remote area surcharges, fuel surcharges, should be paid by the customer.

Estimated Shipping Time

  • Estimated shipping time depends on the fulfillment center of the order. Usually, the products will be shipped from overseas warehouses and it will take about 2-7 days to arrive.

Notes:

  • In a few cases, the product will be shipped from China warehouse, it will take about 15-45 days to arrive, we will inform the customer before shipping.
  • Duties and taxes may apply in Germany and the Netherlands and some EU countries.
  • Orders placed on the official kelliar store will be processed within 3 working days (except for pre-orders).
  • The estimated times listed above are our best estimates only and kelliar is not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivering your order.
  • Delivery time is calculated when shipping from the warehouse, not when you create an order on the website.
  • Losses due to incomplete addresses, incorrect addresses or fraudulent transfers are your responsibility.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot generally be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for shipping and associated additional charges.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to check the completeness and integrity of the package upon delivery of package. You should check to make sure the package is not damaged before signing for it. You have the right to reject a damaged package on the basis of informing the deliveryman of your reasons.
