Return policy

• Damaged or defective items may be returned by contacting customer service within 7 DAYS of delivery.

• Kelliar offers an exchange of the same item in a different size when we are notified of the request within 30 DAYS from the date your order shipped.

• kelliar gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered or defective items purchased online within 30 DAYS of the date your order was shipped.

Defective items

• We are not responsible for damage to garments caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

• Exact item color may vary due to photographic lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting and computer screen resolution. Clothing styles may also vary. These situations are not defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

• If you receive a defective item, please contact customer service within 7 DAYS to let us know about the issue. If we do not receive notification within three days of receiving an item, the item can no longer be returned or exchanged. You must include a photo of the damage/defect in your email.
